STORM SHELTER & MOBILE HOME PAD
Storm Shelter Installation
Alabama is known for tornadoes. This state led the nation in deaths from tornadoes per year from 1995 to 2014 according to The Storm Prediction Center.
We partner with Fain Storm Shelters to install storm shelters in Alabama. Fain builds and delivers them and Bibb Septic installs them. Customers pay them directly and they pay us. This makes a simple transaction for all involved.
We offer units for hillsides, flat ground, and steel safe rooms that can be installed indoors. Don't worry about the next tornado, keep your family safe, let us install a shelter for you.
Mobile Home Pad Installation
In Alabama, mobile home pads are regulated by Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission. Alsbama state law requires the pad to meet certain regulations.
A properly built pad will divert water from getting under the home and, therefore, prevent erosion or mold/mildew. The pad needs to be at least 10' wider and longer on all sides with a minimum of a one-half-inch drop per foot in the outside 10' perimeter with a light crown in the center. Sometimes on-sight dirt can be used, but sometimes dirt must be hauled in.
